Free Health and Safety training courses for maintained schools are available on the Blackboard training platform. This training includes PowerPoints and YouTube videos that can be accessed anytime and anywhere that suits. There are online quizzes (marked by a H&S officer) or Headteachers and Premises Managers can choose to download the training materials, quizzes and answer sheets and deliver their own awareness sessions to a group.
Blackboard is used by those with a Premises Manager role and that includes Headteachers, Business Managers, Site Managers and Caretakers.

The platform also includes help folders on Civica Property Management and EEC with recorded webinars and guidance documents.
