All Premises Managers are required to complete their list of premises managers’ tasks and annual returns. Please see the information below:

Annual Returns are to be completed through Civica.

For corporate premises, the annual returns to complete are:-

  • Annual Declaration.
  • Asbestos Management Arrangement Review.
  • FRA Annual Review.
  • Legionella RA Annual Review.

There is a Premises Managers’ training course which runs regularly throughout the year, and it needs to be refreshed every 3 years.
