Annual Returns are to be completed through Civica.
For corporate premises, the annual returns to complete are:-
- Annual Declaration.
- Asbestos Management Arrangement Review.
- FRA Annual Review.
- Legionella RA Annual Review.
There is a Premises Managers’ training course which runs regularly throughout the year, and it needs to be refreshed every 3 years.
