All Premises Managers are required to complete their list of premises managers’ tasks and annual returns. Please see the information below:

For schools/academies, the annual returns to complete are:-

  • Annual Declaration.
  • Annual Review H&S Self-Audit For Schools.
  • Asbestos Management Arrangement Review.
  • FRA Annual Review.
  • Legionella RA Annual Review.
  • Safety Glazing.
  • Self-Audit 4 – LA Schools Catering.

Completing an Inspection in Civica

Completing a fire action from the Fire Risk Assessement (FRA) in Civica

Completing a Questionnaire – Annual Return in Civica

There is a Premises Managers’ training course which runs regularly throughout the year, and it needs to be refreshed every 3 years.
