Our fifth Winter Wellness Webinar takes place online on Monday 19 October, from 11am to 12.30pm on Microsoft Teams.

The free session is for anyone who works with or supports people who may find this winter hard. That includes frontline staff, social care and housing teams, and colleagues in the voluntary and community sector.

With the cost of living still stretching many households, local services and partners will share practical information and support you can pass on to the people you work with.

Topics are likely to include:

  • Keeping warm and managing energy costs
  • Money worries, financial help and access to food
  • Mental health and loneliness
  • Staying active and preventing falls
  • Vaccinations and preventing infections
  • Planning for cold and extreme weather

Each session is short and practical, and you can post questions in the chat. Slides will be shared afterwards, so if you can’t make the whole session, you won’t miss out.
